If Derin McNamara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 21 minutes, Arthur Cooney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frevanagh Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arthur Cooney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bodibeve McTom in the 23rd minute of play forced Frevanagh Utd's goalkeeper Louie Willson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Derin McNamara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donal McWillie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Jarlath Todd who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Frevanagh Utd's Louie Willson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute Bodibeve McTom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louie Willson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierson McWilliam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bodibeve McTom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Louie Willson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Jarlath Todd made the kick off in the second half. Louie Willson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarlath Todd in the 51st minute of play. Brandon McBrandon hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After having played for 53 minutes, Bodibeve McTom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bunglass's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bodibeve McTom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th match minute, Bunglass was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierson McWilliam to maneuver through the defense. Louie Willson made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Bodibeve McTom sent off a good shot on target. Louie Willson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarlath Todd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brandon McBrandon hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Bodibeve McTom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Bunglass booed when Frevanagh Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Branagain Mullan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 minutes of play, Bunglass's Jarlath Todd made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Louie Willson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bodibeve McTom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bunglass's Donal McWillie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Cooney in the 76th minute of play. Bodibeve McTom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Louie Willson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81stth minute of the game Arthur Cooney who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bunglass's Donal McWillie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jarlath Todd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Jarlath Todd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bunglass's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarlath Todd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Louie Willson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Jarlath Todd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Louie Willson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
