Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jarlath Todd got the match started through his kick off. After 4 minutes, Pierson McWilliam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bunglass and the Meens players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bunglass getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Pierson McWilliam hit a great ball. Bodibeve McTom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meens's Bearchan McBjarton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Meens from getting a goal against them. Jarlath Todd did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Bearchan McBjarton 17 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Bunglass's Jarlath Todd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bearchan McBjarton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Derrick Molloy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Derrick Molloy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meens's supporters rose to their feet, but Derrick Molloy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donal McWillie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 35 minutes into the match, Jarlath Todd dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bearchan McBjarton, 2-0. In the 39th play minute Bodibeve McTom came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bearchan McBjarton. 3-0. If Bodibeve McTom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Derrick Molloy made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Bunglass's Reagan Myler got a free kick in the 58th minute. Jarlath Todd scored 4-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bearchan McBjarton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jarlath Todd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bodibeve McTom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bearchan McBjarton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierson McWilliam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Jarlath Todd put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Bearchan McBjarton. After a defensive mix-up in Meens's zone, Jarlath Todd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bearchan McBjarton came out of the goal and Jarlath Todd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bearchan McBjarton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarlath Todd in the 86th minute of play. Bodibeve McTom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bearchan McBjarton having to interfere.
