Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5550, Seating: 1786, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Berkeley Cronin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Bat Deans hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, Robert Prunty notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of St Tiknock's Gearóid McVictor. Gearóid McVictor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Bat Deans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bodibeua Johnson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Barnaby Murphy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to St Tiknock getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Aydemir Cinel hit a great ball. In the 19th match minute, Clon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cianán McCollion to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute of the match, Bodibeua Johnson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Barnaby Murphy saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bodibeua Johnson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 24th playminute. Barnaby Murphy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bodibeua Johnson in the 26th minute of play. Kalev Raudsoo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Barnaby Murphy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St Tiknock. In the 28th minute, Tyrone Lester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Clon's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aydemir Cinel was slow to take the kick. During this time St Tiknock's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Aydemir Cinel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Barnaby Murphy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Clon's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Bodibeua Johnson scored to the left of an out of position Barnaby Murphy, making the score, 2-1. Aydemir Cinel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Bodibeua Johnson made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Kalev Raudsoo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Barnaby Murphy was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 58 minutes into the match, Clon's goal looked a bit too open when Bodibeua Johnson came free, but Barnaby Murphy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bodibeua Johnson might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Barnaby Murphy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bodibeua Johnson ran back to his position shaking his head. Bodibeua Johnson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bat Deans struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Barnaby Murphy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St Tiknock. In the 70th minute, Tyrone Lester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute of the match Aydemir Cinel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barnaby Murphy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Kalev Raudsoo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Clon's Barnaby Murphy. Barnaby Murphy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 79 minutes into the game, St Tiknock's Bat Deans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barnaby Murphy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Kalev Raudsoo scored 6-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barnaby Murphy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kalev Raudsoo in the 87th minute of play forced Clon's goalkeeper Barnaby Murphy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Gearóid McVictor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that St Tiknock were the better team. St Tiknock's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
