Spectators: 6767 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1767, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cianán McSteve got the match started through his kick off. Philib McJon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cianán McSteve's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After a rather tough play, Ballytrasna AFC's Torin Dempsey got a free kick in the 8th minute. Philib McJon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Coinneach Harkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Ballytrasna AFC's Philib McJon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cianán McSteve in the 16th minute of play. Cianán McSteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sheridan Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Philib McJon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Cianán McSteve had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Philib McJon. Ballytrasna AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cianán McSteve was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Rorey Willson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oliver Sheridan, 1-1. In the 34th minute, Beagan Keegan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Sheridan Cassin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pallasboy Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Sheridan Cassin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Philib McJon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 39th minute of the match Coinneach Harkin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Philib McJon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute, Cianán McSteve hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rorey Willson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Philib McJon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cianán McSteve in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Torin Dempsey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballytrasna AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torin Dempsey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ballytrasna AFC's Philib McJon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Ballytrasna AFC from getting a goal against them. If Coinneach Harkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cianán McSteve charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cianán McSteve the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pallasboy Utd getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Cianán McSteve hit a great ball. The supporters of Pallasboy Utd booed when Ballytrasna AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torin Dempsey didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Cianán McSteve managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pallasboy Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cianán McSteve was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cianán McSteve might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Philib McJon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cianán McSteve ran back to his position shaking his head. Beagan Keegan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Cianán McSteve sped through Ballytrasna AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Philib McJon. Ballytrasna AFC's Philib McJon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beagan Keegan in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Beagan Keegan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Philib McJon, passed just outside the right post. Pallasboy Utd's Coinneach Harkin got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cianán McSteve in the 91stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Philib McJon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 94thth minute of the game Cianán McSteve who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballytrasna AFC's Philib McJon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded Pallasboy Utd left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ballytrasna AFC.
