Boudibiua McIan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 8th minute Eoin Kirby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boudibiua McIan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cloonfinnaun's zone, Bryan Lester stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boudibiua McIan came out of the goal and Bryan Lester tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boudibiua McIan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eoin Kirby in the 15th minute of the match. Bragain McPhil kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Eoin Kirby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cloonfinnaun's Dermod Morrison got a free kick in the 24th minute. Eoin Kirby took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boudibiua McIan. Boudibiua McIan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 28 minutes, Bragain McPhil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cloonfinnaun and the Lough AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lough AFC booed when Cloonfinnaun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bragain McPhil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phelim Caffey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Boudibiua McIan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eoin Kirby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Loughlin Dempsey hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Lough AFC's Eoin Kirby in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cloonfinnaun's goalie prevented a goal. 35 minutes into the game, Lough AFC's Eoin Kirby nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boudibiua McIan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Treno Savic charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Treno Savic the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Treno Savic kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Eoin Kirby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boudibiua McIan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Lough AFC's goalkeeper Scott McGlynn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leon McVictor. The Cloonfinnaun players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lough AFC were winning 0-3.

With his leg Boudibiua McIan managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when Lough AFC's Eoin Kirby fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lough AFC's Eoin Kirby was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Eoin Kirbys short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Boudibiua McIan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Scott McGlynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loughlin Dempsey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eoin Kirby could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Boudibiua McIan made a huge save. Scott McGlynn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dermod Morrison, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Eoin Kirby in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Boudibiua McIan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 89th minute, Ryley Rogers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eoin Kirby's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Boudibiua McIan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 93 minutes into the game, Dermod Morrison was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cloonfinnaun's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lough AFC the free kick. A collision led to Cloonfinnaun getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Dermod Morrison hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes Cloonfinnaun got a freekick which was hit by Loughlin Dempsey. 95 minutes into the match, Cloonfinnaun's goal looked a bit too open when Phelim Caffey came free, but Boudibiua McIan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eoin Kirby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lough AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
