Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Reginald McMichel got the match started through his kick off. When Darren McJohn came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Dromcunnig fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Darren McJohn couldn't finish the play. In the 8th minute, Darick McIan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Darren McJohn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12th match minute, Dromcunnig was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairthmead Myler to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Dromcunnig's goal looked a bit too open when Reginald McMichel came free, but Bohannon Tierney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Reginald McMichel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Claggan Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Darren McJohn came free, but Duff Doherty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Dromcunnig's goal looked a bit too open when Reginald McMichel came free, but Bohannon Tierney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dromcunnig's Bohannon Tierney proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Dromcunnig from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Darick McIan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Geoffrey O'Down who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Bohannon Tierney when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 29th match minute, Claggan Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blaine Murphy to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Dromcunnig booed when Claggan Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darick McIan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Dromcunnig's Brecc Dimson tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Claggan Utd's Darick McIan collided with an opponent after 34 minutes. The hit was so violent that he fractured his nose and had to leave the field. 35 minutes into the game, Raymun Robinson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dromcunnig's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Claggan Utd the free kick. In the 35th minute, Raymun Robinson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Claggan Utd's Geoffrey O'Down slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bohannon Tierney. That made the score 1-0 after 37 minutes of play. If Ravan Scully had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darren McJohn to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 56 minutes, Geoffrey O'Down managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Claggan Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geoffrey O'Down was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Dromcunnig getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ross Gough hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darren McJohn in the 61st minute of play forced Claggan Utd's goalkeeper Duff Doherty to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geoffrey O'Down sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Dromcunnig's Duff Doherty threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Darren McJohn, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Torrey McTom kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Claggan Utd's zone, Darren McJohn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Duff Doherty came out of the goal and Darren McJohn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duff Doherty made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Loughlin Dimson sent off a good shot on target. 1-1 came through a penalty shot after 85 played minutes, when Dromcunnig:s Brecc Dimson calmly waited for Claggan Utd:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Geoffrey O'Down sped through Dromcunnig's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bohannon Tierney. Bohannon Tierney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geoffrey O'Down, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Geoffrey O'Down sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
