In the 9th minute, Eoin Kirby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eoin Kirby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eoin Kirby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alfred Duggan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Eoin Kirby reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfred Duggan. The goal made the score 1-0. Barnacahoge's Alfred Duggan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Barnacahoge from getting a goal against them. Eoin Kirby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Eoin Kirby managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lough AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eoin Kirby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfred Duggan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute, Artur Callaghan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eoin Kirby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th match minute, Barnacahoge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fachtna McIan to maneuver through the defense. Alfred Duggan made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Eoin Kirby sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Treno Savic during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Treno Savic kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Scott McGlynn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bivadi Matthews in the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eoin Kirby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eoin Kirby in the 52nd minute of play forced Barnacahoge's goalkeeper Alfred Duggan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute, Bryan Lester ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfred Duggan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Eoin Kirby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Alfred Duggan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eoin Kirby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Duggan having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Barnacahoge's Bivadi Matthews got a free kick in the 61st minute. Alfred Duggan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eoin Kirby's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Scott McGlynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rylee McLiam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes into the match, Eoin Kirby notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Barnacahoge's Alfred Duggan. Alfred Duggan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eoin Kirby in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfred Duggan saved Barnacahoge from getting behind. Eoin Kirby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfred Duggan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eoin Kirby went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Alfred Duggan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eoin Kirby in the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Eoin Kirby managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Lough AFC booed when Barnacahoge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bivadi Matthews didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute, Eoin Kirby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lough AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Alfred Duggan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eoin Kirby, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Eoin Kirby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lough AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eoin Kirby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lough AFC had played much better football throughout.
