Rian McCready struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Ciarán McTommy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tullinwillin. Blathmacc Todd recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reilley Todd charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reilley Todd the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Reilley Todd kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Rian McCready could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Ciarán McTommy made a huge save. 15 minutes into the match, Cloonaghboy's goal looked a bit too open when Blathmacc Todd came free, but Ciarán McTommy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciarán McTommy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louie McWillie in the 16th minute of the match. Rylie Gillmour didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Terry Dunne went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute, Renny Kirby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Trien Gallagher left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cloonaghboy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 47 minutes into the match, Tullinwillin's goal looked a bit too open when Trien Gallagher came free, but Rylie Gillmour reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Cloonaghboy were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Trien Gallagher made a kick off. When Douglas Tierney came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Tullinwillin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Douglas Tierney couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blathmacc Todd in the 53rd minute of play forced Cloonaghboy's goalkeeper Ciarán McTommy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Tullinwillin booed when Cloonaghboy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reilley Todd didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciarán McTommy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blathmacc Todd went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Blathmacc Todd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Cloonaghboy booed when Tullinwillin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louie McWillie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rylie Gillmour was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Trien Gallagher showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 70 minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Blathmacc Todd had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciarán McTommy. Cloonaghboy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Blathmacc Todd was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rian McCready in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciarán McTommy saved Cloonaghboy from getting behind. In the 79thth minute of the game Rian McCready who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cloonaghboy's Ciarán McTommy was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Tullinwillin's Blathmacc Todd nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciarán McTommy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. The audience was convinced that Rian McCready's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciarán McTommy was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Cloonaghboy's Ciarán McTommy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Louie McWillie in the 97th minute of play. Cloonaghboy succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Tullinwillin had controlled the match.
