Seosamh McPeter hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Biddy Byrne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Pembroke McTom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rossanean's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doonally the free kick. Pembroke McTom hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Timothy Duggan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Seosamh McPeter's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. If Seosamh McPeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the match, Rossanean's goal looked a bit too open when Brady McDonald came free, but Timothy Duggan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barclay McJohnny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ainnle McWilliam having to interfere. With his leg Timothy Duggan managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Doonally's Brady McDonald fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rossanean's goalkeeper Timothy Duggan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Caimin McSteven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ainnle McWilliam having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Brady McDonald got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Seosamh McPeter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Timothy Duggan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Seosamh McPeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, Barclay McJohnny cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ainnle McWilliam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 89 minutes, Biddy Byrne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doonally's supporters crossed their fingers, but Biddy Byrne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
