Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bat Horgan made the kick off which started today's match. Bairthmead Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Keefe Colwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Knocknahoran Utd's goalkeeper Keefe Colwell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bairthmead Cassin. 11 minutes into the match, Gill McSteven dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Keefe Colwell, 1-0. Blanche Barrett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gill McSteven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keefe Colwell having to interfere. With his leg Keefe Colwell managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Corbaly's Bairthmead Cassin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Bairthmead Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Keefe Colwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Breed McWilliam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Harold Gollogley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harold Gollogley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breed McWilliam in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Breed McWilliam in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harold Gollogley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bairthmead Cassin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 36th playminute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gill McSteven kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Keefe Colwell. That made the score 3-0 in the 43 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gill McSteven was the one to do the kick off. If Blanche Barrett had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keefe Colwell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gill McSteven's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. When Bairthmead Cassin came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Corbaly fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bairthmead Cassin couldn't finish the play. Gill McSteven scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Keefe Colwell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bat Horgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harold Gollogley having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Corbaly was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blanche Barrett to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Knocknahoran Utd booed when Corbaly was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Blanche Barrett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breed McWilliam's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Harold Gollogley firmly grabbed it by the left post. 79 minutes into the match, Corbaly's goalkeeper Harold Gollogley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Breed McWilliam. Gill McSteven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keefe Colwell having to interfere. If Bairthmead Cassin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bairthmead Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Keefe Colwell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Bairthmead Cassin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keefe Colwell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gill McSteven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Corbaly's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
