Paul McPhilip stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doney Glen Crowe's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. A collision led to Aghaville AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Duff McPeter hit a great ball. Beairtle Moran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eoghan Delaney, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Attavally Utd's goalkeeper Paul McPhilip, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Aghaville AFC's Hickey Benson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paul McPhilip made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Hickey Benson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Paul McPhilip tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37th minute Eoghan Delaney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beairtle Moran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hickey Benson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Paul McPhilip skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Paul McPhilip made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Hickey Benson sent off a good shot on target. When Aghaville AFC's Doney Glen Crowe in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 86th minute, Hickey Benson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aghaville AFC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Attavally Utd for a fine match.
