Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 3 minutes, Eoghan Delaney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Attavally Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eoghan Delaney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rannal O'Brien made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Brann Moran sent off a good shot on target. If Rowen Willson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brann Moran got free with Rannal O'Brien in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, Attavally Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Rowen Willson came free, but Paul McPhilip reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eoghan Delaney came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Attavally Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eoghan Delaney couldn't finish the play. In the 19thth minute of the game Brendann O'Neill who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Attavally Utd's Paul McPhilip was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Attavally Utd's Paul McPhilip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brendann O'Neill in the 29th minute of play. After 44 played minutes Attavally Utd got a freekick which was hit by Terence Horgan. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brendann O'Neill in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul McPhilip saved Attavally Utd from getting behind. 48 minutes into the game, Attavally Utd's Brann Moran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rannal O'Brien made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eoghan Delaney to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Baileborough's Brendann O'Neill sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul McPhilip narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rd minute Eoghan Delaney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rannal O'Brien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul McPhilip was out of position in the 68 minute of play, and Brendann O'Neill capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brendann O'Neill really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Rowen Willson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Attavally Utd! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Baileborough. Biviti Hutton stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Paul McPhilip. 1-2. Reilly McPhilip recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rowen Willson came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Baileborough fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rowen Willson couldn't finish the play. In the 94th match minute, Attavally Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierce Grant to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Brendann O'Neill took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Paul McPhilip to make any attempt to save it. Aron O'Keefe hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. If Brann Moran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 103rd minute, Eoghan Delaney got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
