Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Beairtle Moran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bairthmead Cassin in the 5th minute of the match. Donal McOliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harold Gollogley having to interfere. Doney Glen Crowe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Harold Gollogley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 15 played minutes Duff McPeter shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Corbaly's Harold Gollogley to catch but Duff McPeter was lucky. It became 1-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. If Doney Glen Crowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donal McOliver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Aghaville AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gill McSteven came free, but Beairtle Moran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Aghaville AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Donal McOliver hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Corbaly's goalkeeper Harold Gollogley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donal McOliver. In the 34th minute, Colmcille McCready hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harold Gollogley made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Donal McOliver sent off a good shot on target. Donal McOliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 47 minutes into the game, Darick Tierney was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aghaville AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corbaly the free kick. In the 47th match minute, Aghaville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darick Tierney to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Doney Glen Crowe made the kick off in the second half. Gill McSteven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Beairtle Moran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gill McSteven's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beairtle Moran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Beairtle Moran was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Gill McSteven capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gill McSteven really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. If Doney Glen Crowe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Colmcille McCready fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corbaly's protests and gave Colmcille McCready a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Colmcille McCready hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beairtle Moran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gill McSteven in the 82nd minute of the match. Gill McSteven might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Beairtle Moran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gill McSteven ran back to his position shaking his head. 84 minutes into the game, Corbaly's Bairthmead Cassin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Beairtle Moran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 87th minute Gill McSteven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beairtle Moran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gill McSteven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Colmcille McCready was shown his second yellow card after 97 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Colmcille McCready kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Doney Glen Crowe took the ball and in the 99 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harold Gollogley. Harold Gollogley dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Despite being the better team, Aghaville AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
