Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dinny Branson took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Deelis's goal looked a bit too open when Dinny Branson came free, but Brendanus Ghee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 played minutes Kylegrove got a freekick which was hit by Todd Scully. Kylegrove's Seosamh McSteven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casey Kirby in the 10th minute of play. Casey Kirby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Becc Hamilton in the 21st minute of play forced Kylegrove's goalkeeper Seosamh McSteven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seosamh McSteven showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casey Kirby in the 34th minute of the match. Cian O'Down hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Brenda Glen Crowe's late challenge caught a Deelis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brenda Glen Crowe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Kylegrove was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brenda Glen Crowe to maneuver through the defense. Seosamh McSteven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Becc Hamilton in the 40th minute of play. If Dinny Branson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes Dinny Branson rounded Deelis's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0.

Casey Kirby's late challenge caught a Kylegrove's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casey Kirby helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes Deelis got a freekick which was hit by Casey Kirby. The audience was convinced that Ciarán Robinson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brendanus Ghee was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. In the 57th minute, Todd Scully hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Seosamh McSteven acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tate Doherty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Becc Hamilton in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seosamh McSteven saved Kylegrove from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dinny Branson in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brendanus Ghee saved Deelis from getting behind. Dinny Branson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Becc Hamilton came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Deelis fans jumped to their feet. Brendanus Ghee showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinny Branson, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Ciarán Robinson scored 4-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brendanus Ghee , who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kylegrove were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Deelis for a fine match.
