Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Breaghdha Silke took the kick off in the first half of the match. Breaghdha Silke got in the 6th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Bran Quinnless handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 9th minute of the match Finn McSteven sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bran Quinnless skillfully saved the ball. Bivadi Tracy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Royan Branson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danann Duggan during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 21 minutes into the match, Bellavary's goal looked a bit too open when Brant Rogers came free, but Bivadi Tracy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes of play, Crookstown's Brant Rogers made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bivadi Tracy was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 25th minute Flannery Silke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bran Quinnless saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Geoffrey Horgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breaghdha Silke in the 32nd minute of play forced Crookstown's goalkeeper Bran Quinnless to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breaghdha Silke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Bran Quinnless tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berry Morrison kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. The supporters of Crookstown booed when Bellavary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geoffrey Horgan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Crookstown's Bran Quinnless played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breaghdha Silke in the 45th minute of play. Royan Branson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Royan Branson made a kick off. Brant Rogers took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bivadi Tracy. Bivadi Tracy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Bellavary's Breaghdha Silke got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brant Rogers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Bivadi Tracy made a huge save. 72 minutes into the match, Crookstown's Royan Branson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bivadi Tracy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Crookstown booed when Bellavary was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carrig Beckett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brant Rogers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Bivadi Tracy made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Donagh McGlynn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Bellavary's goalkeeper Bivadi Tracy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brant Rogers. In the 77th match minute, Crookstown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berry Morrison to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Flannery Silke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bran Quinnless was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Royan Branson in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bivadi Tracy saved Bellavary from getting behind. If Breaghdha Silke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Crookstown's goal looked a bit too open when Breaghdha Silke came free, but Bran Quinnless reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Crookstown had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
