Heron O'Brien showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Gallagher, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Terry Gallagher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Heron O'Brien having to interfere. Donoghue Harkin took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Heron O'Brien. After having played for 28 minutes, Beachain Taylor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Park FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beachain Taylor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiomoid Cassin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Coolcorragh AFC's goalkeeper Keely Beckett, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tiomoid Cassin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Keely Beckett having to make a save. A collision led to Park FC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Beachain Taylor hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiomoid Cassin got free with Keely Beckett in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Gil Callaghan fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coolcorragh AFC's protests and gave Gil Callaghan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Beachain Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Park FC's Beachain Taylor got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donoghue Harkin to strike the kick off in the second half. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keely Beckett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiomoid Cassin, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Coolcorragh AFC's Terry Gallagher came free and shot a quick shot against goal 75 minutes in the game, fortunately Heron O'Brien had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The audience was convinced that Tiomoid Cassin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keely Beckett was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Coolcorragh AFC's Keely Beckett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beachain Taylor in the 93rd minute of play. Beachain Taylor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Keely Beckett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
