Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Strade's Salmon Hutton started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Bevan Holt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Blanaid McGlynn was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salmon Hutton in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blanaid McGlynn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Salmon Hutton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blanaid McGlynn was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Bin Ferguson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bevan Holt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blanaid McGlynn having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Gil Byrne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Strade's Salmon Hutton got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gil Byrne hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. When Strade's Salmon Hutton in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mulroog's goalie prevented a goal. Salmon Hutton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 34 minutes, Bin Ferguson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Strade and the Mulroog players grew even worse after the yellow card. Keelin Ferguson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salmon Hutton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barra Lavine struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Reagan Lester didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mulroog. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Toran Cassin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Braoin McGlenn took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Blanaid McGlynn to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Pawd McCready kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Blanaid McGlynn. That made the score 0-3 in the 56 minute of play. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mulroog's goalkeeper Blanaid McGlynn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Reagan Lester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toran Cassin, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Bin Ferguson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Strade's Reagan Lester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toran Cassin in the 78th minute of play. Brannen Walker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braoin McGlenn hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute Keelin Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reagan Lester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Dawayne Palmer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Strade's goal looked a bit too open when Toran Cassin came free, but Reagan Lester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blanaid McGlynn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bevan Holt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Strade's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
