Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lewis McJon got the match started through his kick off. Donall McCollion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kieran Ryan in the 3rd minute of play. Ladysbridge's Donall McCollion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayes Rogers in the 11th minute of play. When Ladysbridge's Patton McMichel in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kilteen AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute, Hayes Rogers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the match, Ladysbridge's goal looked a bit too open when Hayes Rogers came free, but Donall McCollion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caoilte McAlphie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patton McMichel in the 17th minute of the match. Binean Barrett hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Caoilte McAlphie successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Donall McCollion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel McBrand in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Kieran Ryan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Donall McCollion was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32 minutes, Daniel McBrand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kilteen AFC and the Ladysbridge players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kilteen AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Daniel McBrand hit a great ball. Cáirbre Sheridan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Patton McMichel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patton McMichel made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Ladysbridge were awarded a corner. Binean Barrett went to the cornerflag to take it. Binean Barrett made a great header on Ladysbridge's corner, it was just that Kilteen AFC's Caoilte McAlphie managed to reach the ball for a save. 55 minutes into the match, Ladysbridge's goal looked a bit too open when Hayes Rogers came free, but Donall McCollion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Cáirbre Sheridan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caoilte McAlphie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Ladysbridge's Patton McMichel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Caoilte McAlphie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Patton McMichel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Caoilte McAlphie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Kilteen AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hayes Rogers. 69 minutes into the match, Kilteen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Patton McMichel came free, but Caoilte McAlphie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bradigan MaCollin hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Patton McMichel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caoilte McAlphie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 82nd minute of the match Daniel McBrand completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Daniel McBrand a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Patton McMichel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Patton McMichel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradigan MaCollin was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 94 minutes into the match. Aaron Molloy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Donall McCollion having to make a save. Although Ladysbridge had been in control for most of the match, Kilteen AFC still came away with the win.
