In the 26thth minute of the game Gilbeirt Doyle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mulroog's Blanaid McGlynn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Blanaid McGlynn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbeirt Doyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Casey Gallagher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mulroog's Blanaid McGlynn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Blanaid McGlynn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbeirt Doyle in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toran Cassin was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Gilbeirt Doyle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilbeirt Doyle succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 55th playminute. In the 77th minute, Gilbeirt Doyle fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Blanaid McGlynn, passed just outside the right post. Blanaid McGlynn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rollin McVictor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 78 minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Gilbeirt Doyle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Blanaid McGlynn. Gilbeirt Doyle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Toran Cassin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nestor Nerio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. The Mulroog fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rams Town were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
