Reagan Lester didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Killeany. 5 minutes into the match, Strade's goal looked a bit too open when Brine Costello came free, but Reagan Lester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20thth minute of the game Salmon Hutton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Killeany's Bedilia Robinson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Strade's Bevan Holt got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brenan Cassin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Strade's Salmon Hutton in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Killeany's goalie prevented a goal. Bedilia Robinson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salmon Hutton in the 29th minute. Reagan Lester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brine Costello in the 30th minute of play. Braoin McGlenn charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Braoin McGlenn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Strade getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Braoin McGlenn hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salmon Hutton in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bedilia Robinson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Killeany booed when Strade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braoin McGlenn didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th match minute, Strade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brannen Walker to maneuver through the defense. Reagan Lester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brine Costello in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Killeany's Breanainn Beckett got a free kick in the 44th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Bedilia Robinson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salmon Hutton in the 52nd minute of play. Salmon Hutton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedilia Robinson having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Salmon Hutton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Killeany's Bedilia Robinson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute Salmon Hutton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedilia Robinson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salmon Hutton in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bedilia Robinson saved Killeany from getting behind. Strade's Pawd McCready got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salmon Hutton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pawd McCready sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute, Salmon Hutton made a precise shot to the right of Bedilia Robinson. Killeany's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 93 minutes into the match, Strade's goalkeeper Reagan Lester had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boyle Dimson. Salmon Hutton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Strade fully deserved thier win.
