Carhoo's Braedon McPhilip played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quirk Todd in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Quirk Todd fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Carhoo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Quirk Todd 9 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Dermot Harkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Braedon McPhilip tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Quirk Todd put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Braedon McPhilip. Braedon McPhilip showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quirk Todd, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 33rd minute, Quirk Todd ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Braedon McPhilip was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Braedon McPhilip made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Dermot Harkin sent off a good shot on target. Braedon McPhilip took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quirk Todd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braedon McPhilip made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dermot Harkin in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Brayden McTommy made the kick off in the second half. Brayden McTommy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th match minute, Glannagaul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bearnard Martyn to maneuver through the defense. Braedon McPhilip didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dermot Harkin went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute Dermot Harkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braedon McPhilip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quirk Todd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
