Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) Liscune's Scot McSteve started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pawd Doyle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Scot McSteve managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liscune's supporters crossed their fingers, but Scot McSteve was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 10th minute Pawd Doyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bearchan McBrandon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Scot McSteve managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liscune's supporters rose to their feet, but Scot McSteve was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bryan Ramsey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kevin Rutherford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bearchan McBrandon having to interfere. Sheridan McPeter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Ramsey having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Kevin Rutherford managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portraine Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Rutherford was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sheridan McPeter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Ramsey having to interfere. If Sheridan McPeter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Kevin Rutherford left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portraine Utd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Pawd Doyle fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portraine Utd's protests and gave Pawd Doyle a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Liscune booed when Portraine Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pawd Doyle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pawd Doyle stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bryan Ramsey came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Liscune's Sheridan McPeter. But to his dismay, Sheridan McPeter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Sheridan McPeter came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Liscune fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sheridan McPeter couldn't finish the play. Scot McSteve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Ramsey having to interfere. If Kevin Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glen Dunne charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Glen Dunne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Glen Dunne kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kevin Rutherford in the 72nd minute of play forced Liscune's goalkeeper Bearchan McBrandon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Liscune's goalkeeper Bearchan McBrandon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Liscune's Sheridan McPeter got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bryan Ramsey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scot McSteve, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raonall Hughes's late challenge caught a Liscune's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raonall Hughes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, Portraine Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raonall Hughes to maneuver through the defense. Sheridan McPeter succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Bearchan McBrandon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pawd Doyle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Portraine Utd supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Liscune's performance. The match ended with a win for Liscune.
