Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Foxhill's Blathmac Keegan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Blathmac Keegan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Foxhill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blathmac Keegan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Cronavan Utd getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Tiomoid McWill hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, Cronavan Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boynton Cooney to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Cronavan Utd's goalkeeper Blamhac Silke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danann Savic. 16 minutes into the match, Foxhill's goal looked a bit too open when Philib Savic came free, but Sheridan Beckett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Foxhill was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Killian Doherty to maneuver through the defense. Sheridan Beckett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philib Savic in the 24th minute of play. Alfred Gallagher hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Danann Savic's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Blamhac Silke firmly grabbed it by the left post. Foxhill's Danann Savic got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Foxhill getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Killian Doherty hit a great ball. In the 41st minute of the match Críostóir John sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sheridan Beckett skillfully saved the ball. 43 minutes into the game, Cronavan Utd's Philib Savic nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sheridan Beckett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kevin McIan took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sheridan Beckett. Sheridan Beckett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After the first half Cronavan Utd were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Philib Savic stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Foxhill's Sheridan Beckett got control of the ball when Kevin McIan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Cronavan Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Danann Savic came free, but Blamhac Silke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blamhac Silke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danann Savic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cronavan Utd's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Blathmac Keegan was slow to take the kick. During this time Foxhill's players had a chance to rest. Blathmac Keegan made a great header on Foxhill's corner, it was just that Cronavan Utd's Blamhac Silke managed to reach the ball for a save. If Blathmac Keegan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boynton Cooney during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cronavan Utd's Boynton Cooney got a free kick in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Danann Savic's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blamhac Silke was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. When Foxhill's Danann Savic in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cronavan Utd's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Blathmac Keegan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Foxhill's supporters rose to their feet, but Blathmac Keegan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Blamhac Silke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sheridan Beckett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philib Savic in the 76th minute of the match. Philib Savic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 77 minutes into the match, Foxhill's goal looked a bit too open when Philib Savic came free, but Sheridan Beckett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Sheridan Beckett managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Cronavan Utd's Kevin McIan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Killian Doherty kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match Críostóir John shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sheridan Beckett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 82 played minutes Foxhill got a freekick which was hit by Blanaid Todd. After 84 minutes, Killian Doherty mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Foxhill and the Cronavan Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th minute, Killian Doherty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Críostóir John took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sheridan Beckett. Foxhill's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 91 played minutes, Cronavan Utd's Alfred Gallagher shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sheridan Beckett came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cronavan Utd reached it. After 92 minutes of play Cronavan Utd's Boynton Cooney was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Boynton Cooney kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Blathmac Keegan notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Cronavan Utd's Blamhac Silke. Blamhac Silke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle went the supporters of Cronavan Utd were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Foxhill side.
