Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cleary McPaul got the match started through his kick off. If Geralt Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryan Delaney in the 9th minute of play forced Bungowla's goalkeeper Beamard Hughes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Braon MaCollin charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Braon MaCollin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bungowla's Beamard Hughes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batt Dempsey in the 11th minute of play. When Doonmanagh's Batt Dempsey in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bungowla's goalie prevented a goal. In the 19th minute of the match Antaine McCollion shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blaire McWill showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bungowla's Beamard Hughes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryan Delaney in the 20th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Geralt Rutherford fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Blaire McWill, passed just outside the right post. After 32 played minutes Doonmanagh got a freekick which was hit by Braydon McLaughlin. Ryan Delaney's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beamard Hughes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Geralt Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Blaire McWill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Batt Dempsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, Bungowla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bradner McJon to maneuver through the defense.

Becc Doherty struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Blaire McWill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bungowla. Doonmanagh's Blaire McWill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleary McPaul in the 62nd minute of play. Geralt Rutherford's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Blaire McWill read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Doonmanagh's Blaire McWill played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleary McPaul in the 69th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Bungowla's Becc Doherty got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Bairrionn Crowe charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bairrionn Crowe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd match minute, Bungowla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairrionn Crowe to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the game, Geralt Rutherford cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Blaire McWill was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 89 minutes into the game, Becc Doherty was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bungowla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Doonmanagh the free kick. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Doonmanagh's Batt Dempsey in the 96th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Beamard Hughes was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Bungowla through an amazing save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bungowla fans cheered their team off the field, for while Doonmanagh had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
