Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cleary McPaul made the kick off which started today's match. When Rosdaul's Lou Ferguson in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bungowla's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bairrionn Crowe during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bairrionn Crowe hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Lou Ferguson sped through Bungowla's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Beamard Hughes. After 17 played minutes Bungowla got a freekick which was hit by Aubrey Cronin. After a defensive mix-up in Bungowla's zone, Doney McPhilip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beamard Hughes came out of the goal and Doney McPhilip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cleary McPaul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Berry Crowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doney McPhilip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Beamard Hughes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Teris McOliver fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosdaul's protests and gave Teris McOliver a yellow card for diving instead. Teris McOliver kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Berry Crowe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geralt Rutherford in the 39th minute of play. Berry Crowe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleary McPaul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geralt Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Berry Crowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lou Ferguson to strike the kick off in the second half. Bec Molloy's late challenge caught a Rosdaul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bec Molloy helped the player get up and apologised. After 55 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bungowla! Beamard Hughes went to the wrong direction when Bairthmead Prunty was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Rosdaul's Berry Crowe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleary McPaul in the 58th minute of play. If Lou Ferguson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Geralt Rutherford in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Berry Crowe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Berry Crowe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleary McPaul in the 68th minute of the match. Berry Crowe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleary McPaul's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Doney McPhilip took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beamard Hughes. Beamard Hughes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Geralt Rutherford in the 79thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Berry Crowe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lou Ferguson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Beamard Hughes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geralt Rutherford recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lou Ferguson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doney McPhilip fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beamard Hughes having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Bungowla's goal looked a bit too open when Lou Ferguson came free, but Beamard Hughes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Bungowla booed when Rosdaul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teris McOliver didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cleary McPaul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berry Crowe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. Rosdaul's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
