With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bradagain Todd in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tevis McDonald saved Greethill from getting behind. 20 minutes into the game, Dugan Robinson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Greethill's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clonoulty FC the free kick. After 20 played minutes Greethill got a freekick which was hit by Dugan Robinson. In the 21st minute, Clonoulty FC's Bradagain Todd dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Tevis McDonald was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ros McBrandon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 27 minute of play. With a little luck, Greethill's Tevis McDonald got control of the ball when Harrington Mullan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seoirse Cooney in the 83rd minute of play forced Greethill's goalkeeper Tevis McDonald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Seoirse Cooney had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tevis McDonald. Greethill's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Seoirse Cooney was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. When Clonoulty FC's Bradagain Todd in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. There was no doubt that Clonoulty FC were the better team. Clonoulty FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
