If Phelim Doherty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Blackpool's Brosnan Byrne got a free kick in the 13th minute. After a rather tough play, Blackpool's Ryan McPhilip got a free kick in the 15th minute. Tevis McCready made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hayes Doherty in the 18th minute. Blackpool's Tevis McCready played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desmond Kirby in the 21st minute of play. The throw-in from Andrew Silke in the 23rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Blackpool's Cacey McLian. After some careless play in the Blackpool defense, Phelim Doherty kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tevis McCready. The Blackpool fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tevis McCready should have stopped the shot. Brosnan Byrne hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desmond Kirby in the 30th minute of play forced Blackpool's goalkeeper Tevis McCready to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tevis McCready showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Phelim Doherty in the 33rd minute of the match. Healey McLian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Terrence Glen Crowe having to make a save. Tevis McCready made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Morrison in the 40th minute. 45 minutes into the game, Brosnan Byrne was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blackpool's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Raymoghy the free kick. The supporters of Raymoghy booed when Blackpool was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brosnan Byrne didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Desmond Kirby made a kick off. Andrew Silke kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Tevis McCready showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desmond Kirby, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Tevis McCready took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Phelim Doherty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute, Henry Morrison left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Raymoghy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Andrew Silke got a throw-in 74 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Barhan Doyle. Hayes Doherty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Tevis McCready tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Desmond Kirby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tevis McCready having to interfere. In the 84th match minute, Blackpool was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan McPhilip to maneuver through the defense. Desmond Kirby took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tevis McCready. Tevis McCready dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Raymoghy had played much better football throughout.
