Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Baird Taylor kicked off to start the match. Baird Taylor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. Dunbrin's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Berrach Tierney fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nollaig Taylor having to interfere. Baird Taylors short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Baydan McBrandon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Baydan McBrandon made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Torna Keegan sent off a good shot on target. Baird Taylor's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Baydan McBrandon skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 27th minute, Brion McJohnny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Bel Cassin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scronagare's supporters rose to their feet, but Bel Cassin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nollaig Taylor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nollaig Taylor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rowland McIan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Nollaig Taylor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowland McIan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 34 minutes, Rowland McIan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scronagare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rowland McIan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rowland McIan in the 35th minute of play forced Dunbrin's goalkeeper Nollaig Taylor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Baird Taylor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Baird Taylor sped through Scronagare's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baydan McBrandon. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baird Taylor in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baydan McBrandon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Bel Cassin's late challenge caught a Dunbrin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bel Cassin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th match minute, Scronagare was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bel Cassin to maneuver through the defense. Dunbrin's Nollaig Taylor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Dunbrin from getting a goal against them. In the 56th minute, Rowland McIan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baydan McBrandon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baird Taylor's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Berrach Tierney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Scronagare booed when Dunbrin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abban Gough didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dunbrin's Nollaig Taylor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Dunbrin from getting a goal against them. Scronagare's Bel Cassin got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Scronagare's Bradon Gollogley suffered a concussion after 71 minutes and had to leave the field. Scott Quinnless's late challenge caught a Scronagare's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Scott Quinnless helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd minute, Scott Quinnless hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Baird Taylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baydan McBrandon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bel Cassin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baird Taylor in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baydan McBrandon saved Scronagare from getting behind. The supporters of Dunbrin booed when Scronagare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sameer McJames didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fergal Myler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baydan McBrandon having to interfere. Torna Keegan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Baydan McBrandon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baird Taylor's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Louie McPeter hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Dunbrin's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
