In the 17th minute, Brite McBrand fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Britt McWillie, passed just outside the right post. In the 20th minute, Querrin Utd's Barran Gillmour dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Barran Gillmours short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Britt McWillie to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Barran Gillmour in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Britt McWillie, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 34 minutes into the game, Brite McBrand recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Britt McWillie. Brite McBrand showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 40th minute, Aengus Todd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Berke Prunty struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Cahir McFrank didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kilnagross Utd. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Berke Prunty made the kick off in the second half. Brite McBrand took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Britt McWillie. Britt McWillie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Britt McWillie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barran Gillmour, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Querrin Utd's goalkeeper Cahir McFrank had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aengus Todd. 61 minutes into the match, Querrin Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Prunty came free, but Cahir McFrank reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Brite McBrand got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barran Gillmour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Britt McWillie having to interfere. Britt McWillie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brite McBrand went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Britt McWillie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barran Gillmour in the 77th minute of the match. Brite McBrand's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Britt McWillie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Barran Gillmour received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Britt McWillie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kilnagross Utd players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Querrin Utd.
