With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berke Prunty in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liam Robinson saved Meenymore FC from getting behind. Beccan McBjarton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Berke Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Liam Robinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Kilnagross Utd were awarded a corner. Barhart McAlphie went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 41st minute, Blar Sheridan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Meenymore FC's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Prunty came free, but Liam Robinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 49 played minutes Meenymore FC got a freekick which was hit by Tierney Tracy. After 50 played minutes, Kilnagross Utd's Barhart McAlphie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Liam Robinson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kilnagross Utd reached it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Berke Prunty to strike the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes into the match, Kilnagross Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Healey Tierney came free, but Britt McWillie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Kilnagross Utd's Aengus Todd nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
