With a left leg Braon McPeter saved Meadstown from getting behind. Aaden Harkin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Braon McPeter made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Bray Myler sent off a good shot on target. If Tobin McTom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bray Myler could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Braon McPeter made a huge save. If Dugan Moran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tipraite Quinnless charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tipraite Quinnless the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Harrigan McGlenn kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Beothach Cooney took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Braon McPeter. Meadstown's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 87th match minute, Meadstown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaden Harkin to maneuver through the defense. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Braon McPeter showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Braon McPeter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dugan Moran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 98th minute Bray Myler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braon McPeter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Meadstown's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
