Justin McCready had several of the Kilcolumb's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 46 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Rory Jameson as he didn't even see the shot coming.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justin McCready was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Tullyrap Utd's Gilbeirt Hamilton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rory Jameson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 56th minute Gilbeirt Hamilton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rory Jameson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brion Doyle couldn't finish the play. In the 68thth minute of the game Justin McCready who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kilcolumb's Rory Jameson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Kilcolumb defense, Justin McCready kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rory Jameson. The Kilcolumb fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rory Jameson should have stopped the shot. Justin McCready took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rory Jameson. Rory Jameson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Justin McCready received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rory Jameson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kilcolumb's zone, Brion Doyle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rory Jameson came out of the goal and Brion Doyle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Austin Caffrey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rory Jameson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brion Doyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Rory Jameson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tullyrap Utd's Justin McCready shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 94 minutes into the game, Justin McCready cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0.
