Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bercan Lavine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Skeahanagh's Gealan Willson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorcan Sheridan in the 7th minute of play. If Bercan Lavine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bercan Lavine came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Skeahanagh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bercan Lavine couldn't finish the play. Bradon McPeter struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Rory Jameson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skeahanagh. In the 19th minute Bercan Lavine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rory Jameson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Bercan Lavine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bradon McPeter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rory Jameson made a huge save. Rory Jameson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bercan Lavine went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Kilcolumb getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Becan McPaul hit a great ball. Bourns McPeter, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bercan Lavine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Jameson having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kilcolumb's zone, Bradon McPeter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rory Jameson came out of the goal and Bradon McPeter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Kilcolumb's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bradon McPeter fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bradon McPeter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Bercan Lavine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Bercan Lavine made the kick off in the second half. Bradon McPeter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Bercan Lavine sped through Kilcolumb's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rory Jameson. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Bercan Lavine put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rory Jameson. Bercan Lavine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Jameson having to interfere. 71 minutes into the game, Skeahanagh's Bercan Lavine nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rory Jameson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blanaid Mullan during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Skeahanagh's Bradon McPeter got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bercan Lavine in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rory Jameson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 82 minutes, Harrigan Barrett mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kilcolumb and the Skeahanagh players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kilcolumb's Harrigan Barrett got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When Bradon McPeter came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Skeahanagh fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bradon McPeter couldn't finish the play. Bercan Lavine's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rory Jameson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Bercan Lavine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Rory Jameson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gealan Willson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorcan Sheridan in the 94th minute of the match.
