Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Crosskeel's Donoghue McTommy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tierney Ghee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donoghue McTommy in the 15th minute of the match. Blavock Lavine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kennedy McTom having to interfere. In the 24th minute Blavock Lavine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennedy McTom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Killian Dillon got free with Tierney Ghee in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Becc Myler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kennedy McTom was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Kennedy McTom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Becc Myler in the 39th minute of play. Kennedy McTom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Becc Myler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Tierney Ghee came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Crosskeel's Donoghue McTommy. But to his dismay, Donoghue McTommy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Breffni McJohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kennedy McTom having to interfere. If Blavock Lavine had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Corry's Blavock Lavine sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kennedy McTom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Corry defense, Donoghue McTommy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tierney Ghee. The Corry fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tierney Ghee should have stopped the shot. Blavock Lavine hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Blavock Lavine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Killian Dillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Tierney Ghee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Corry players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Crosskeel from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
