Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Baine McJames took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 minutes, Baine McJames mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Graystown and the Corraneary players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaynor McBjarton in the 6th minute of play forced Graystown's goalkeeper Philib Delaney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baine McAaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Graystown's goalkeeper Philib Delaney had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernard Walker. Philib Delaney came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Corraneary's Baine McAaron. But to his dismay, Baine McAaron quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Braeden McFrancise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donegal Cronin in the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Graystown's goalkeeper Philib Delaney had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Binean Costello. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bracken McBrandon during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Corraneary booed when Graystown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bracken McBrandon didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Daron McDonald came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Corraneary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daron McDonald couldn't finish the play. Bernard Walker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braeden McFrancise showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baine McJames, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baine McJames in the 33rd minute of play forced Corraneary's goalkeeper Braeden McFrancise to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gearoid Jameson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braeden McFrancise having to interfere. Baine McAaron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philib Delaney having to interfere. Graystown's Philib Delaney proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Graystown from getting a goal against them. Binean Costello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Baine McAaron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Baine McAaron made the kick off in the second half. Daron McDonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philib Delaney having to interfere. Philib Delaney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baine McAaron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corraneary's Baine McAaron got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Graystown's Philib Delaney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaynor McBjarton in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Baine McAaron ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Philib Delaney was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After a rather tough play, Graystown's Baine McJames got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Baine McAaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baine McAaron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philib Delaney having to interfere. Philib Delaney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Declan Delaney, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baine McAaron in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Philib Delaney saved Graystown from getting behind. When Corraneary's Baine McAaron in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Graystown's goalie prevented a goal. Baine McAaron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baine McAaron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philib Delaney having to interfere. There was no doubt that Corraneary were the better team. Corraneary's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
