Bairne McFrancise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Blar Hughes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rowley McJames took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bairne McFrancise. Bairne McFrancise dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cashlan's Berchan Murphy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bivadas Sheridan in the 24th minute of play. Bairne McFrancise showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rowe Jameson in the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blar Hughes in the 27th minute of play forced Drumcoura AFC's goalkeeper Bairne McFrancise to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bairne McFrancise didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rowe Jameson went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Lou Gallagher got a throw-in 34 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rowley McJames. Bairne McFrancise showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boylan McBjarton, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 42 minutes, Blar Hughes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cashlan and the Drumcoura AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 42 played minutes Cashlan got a freekick which was hit by Blar Hughes. Brannagh Coyle hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bivadas Sheridan was the one to do the kick off. Bivadas Sheridan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Berchan Murphy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. If Bivadas Sheridan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blar Hughes got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Donan McFrancise hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the game, Treno Martyn was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Drumcoura AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cashlan the free kick. After a rather tough play, Drumcoura AFC's Treno Martyn got a free kick in the 68th minute. Lou Gallagher kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Drumcoura AFC's Bivadas Sheridan in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cashlan's goalie prevented a goal. Bairne McFrancise made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rowe Jameson in the 85th minute. In the 92nd minute Rowley McJames shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bairne McFrancise saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 98th match minute, Drumcoura AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Phelan McTommy to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Cashlan left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Drumcoura AFC.
