Drumcoura AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bivadas Sheridan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bodibeua Gillmour was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Bivadas Sheridan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bivadas Sheridan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Kilcommon's zone, Bivadas Sheridan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bodibeua Gillmour came out of the goal and Bivadas Sheridan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Bivadas Sheridan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Drumcoura AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bivadas Sheridan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bodibeua Gillmour breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Peyton Todd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Bodibeua Gillmour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bivadas Sheridan in the 57th minute of play forced Kilcommon's goalkeeper Bodibeua Gillmour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bivadas Sheridan might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bodibeua Gillmour. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bivadas Sheridan ran back to his position shaking his head. Treno Martyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Bodibeua Gillmour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Bivadas Sheridan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Drumcoura AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 87th minute Peyton Todd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bodibeua Gillmour saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kilcommon players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Drumcoura AFC.
