After 7 minutes of play, Cooraclare's Braoin Holt made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brenden Cronin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lawrence Barrett hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Braoin Holt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brenden Cronin was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Aron McTom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Brenden Cronin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Braoin Holt in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brenden Cronin saved Carrigart FC from getting behind. After 32 played minutes Cooraclare got a freekick which was hit by Aron McTom. After having played for 44 minutes, Aron McTom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cooraclare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron McTom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Cooraclare booed when Carrigart FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lawrence Barrett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lawrence Barrett hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The Carrigart FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cooraclare were winning 0-2.

Brenden Cronin made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Braoin Holt sent off a good shot on target. Braoin Holt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brenden Cronin having to interfere. Breccan Moran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aron McTom hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Aron McTom kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Braoin Holt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Cooraclare's Braoin Holt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brenden Cronin. That made the score 0-3 after 71 minutes of play. Braoin Holt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 76thth minute, Brenden Cronin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Brenden Cronin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braoin Holt in the 78th minute. Brenden Cronin acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 80th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Breccan Moran. Brenden Cronin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braoin Holt, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Bray McNamee showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremiah McLian in the 84th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Braoin Holt fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Brenden Cronin, passed just outside the right post. Cooraclare's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
