Lisnabrack's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brannagh Caffey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bragan Gallagher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bracken Brennan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bracken Brennan came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Lisnabrack's Bragan Gallagher. But to his dismay, Bragan Gallagher quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Baoithin Prunty's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bradagain Hamilton was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bragan Gallagher in the 20th minute of play forced Shannagh Utd's goalkeeper Bracken Brennan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lisnabrack's Bragan Gallagher got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Shannagh Utd's Bracken Brennan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keefe Glen Crowe in the 30th minute of play. Baoithin Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Bradagain Hamilton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bragan Gallagher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bracken Brennan having to interfere. In the 39th minute Bragan Gallagher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bracken Brennan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keefe Glen Crowe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bracken Brennan having to interfere. Bragan Gallagher scored 0-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bracken Brennan , who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baoithin Prunty stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Beothach Dunne charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beothach Dunne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 51st match minute, Lisnabrack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beothach Dunne to maneuver through the defense. Bracken Brennan made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Bragan Gallagher sent off a good shot on target. When Keefe Glen Crowe came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Lisnabrack fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keefe Glen Crowe couldn't finish the play. Bragan Gallagher could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Bracken Brennan made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Bragan Gallagher notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Shannagh Utd's Bracken Brennan . Bracken Brennan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Beothach Dunne kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Shannagh Utd's zone, Keefe Glen Crowe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bracken Brennan came out of the goal and Keefe Glen Crowe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th match minute, Shannagh Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brefni Hughes to maneuver through the defense. Keefe Glen Crowe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shannagh Utd's Bracken Brennan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Shannagh Utd from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, Shannagh Utd's goalkeeper Bracken Brennan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bragan Gallagher. Shannagh Utd's Brant Silke got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Keefe Glen Crowe scored 0-5 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bracken Brennan , who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Lisnabrack could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Shannagh Utd throughout the match.
