Spectators: 6774 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cian Harkin got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Clogh getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Bhrighde Gillmour hit a great ball. After having played for 5 minutes, Bartley Dimson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clogh's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartley Dimson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Curran Holt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thom Ryan having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Ardmeen got a freekick which was hit by Binne McPeter. Ardmeen's Thom Ryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartley Dimson in the 11th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 12th minute by Bartley Dimson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Curran Holt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thom Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartley Dimson in the 18th minute of play. Curran Holt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Ardmeen getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Binne McPeter hit a great ball. Caroll Gillmour kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Turlough Scully took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boethis Perth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boethis Perth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Turlough Scully having to interfere. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cian Harkin sped through Clogh's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Turlough Scully. 32 minutes into the match, Ardmeen's goal looked a bit too open when Bartley Dimson came free, but Thom Ryan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Ardmeen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Binne McPeter to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Curran Holt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thom Ryan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bartley Dimson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Turlough Scully didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boethis Perth went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score.

Thom Ryan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bartley Dimson in the 53rd minute of play. Cian Harkin in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Turlough Scully, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 65th match minute, Clogh was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curran Holt to maneuver through the defense. If Boethis Perth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Ardmeen booed when Clogh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harrigan Gollogley didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clogh's goalkeeper Turlough Scully, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clogh's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cian Harkin 68 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-3. After 76 played minutes Ardmeen got a freekick which was hit by Binne McPeter. Thom Ryan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartley Dimson, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ardmeen's Thom Ryan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curran Holt in the 82nd minute of play. Ardmeen's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
