When Barcvni Cronin came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Loskeran fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barcvni Cronin couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Loskeran's Breaghdha Lester slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patton McCollion. That made the score 3-0 after 39 minutes of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Loskeran reached it. Ballylusk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loskeran the free kick. After 49 played minutes Ballylusk got a freekick which was hit by Rorry Myler. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Braeden Ghee made the kick off in the second half. Barcvni Cronin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torrey Duggan charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Donavin Barrett yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Donavin Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braeden Ghee , even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patton McCollion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fionntán Murphy, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The supporters of Ballylusk booed when Loskeran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breaghdha Lester didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Braeden Ghee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
