After 8 played minutes Brogan Crowe rounded Courthoyle's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Basil Moran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Basil Moran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flann Ghee having to interfere. Teddy Hughes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quinton Lavine having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Courthoyle's Bow McPaul got a free kick in the 34th minute. Austin Martyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 47th minute, Boyle Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Brogan Crowe made a kick off. Teddy Hughes hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Courthoyle got a corner. Belleek FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Basil Moran ran over to the corner to take the kick. Austin Martyn hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Flann Ghee made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basil Moran in the 62nd minute. Belleek FC's Austin Martyn got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Birr McDonald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flann Ghee having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Brogan Crowe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Basil Moran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Quinton Lavine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brogan Crowe, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Courthoyle's goal looked a bit too open when Brogan Crowe came free, but Quinton Lavine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Belleek FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
