A beautiful save bye Whitebog Utd's goalie prevented a goal. Binne Gillmour stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rory McFrank's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Binne Gillmour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liam Willson, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Whitebog Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Gordan Scully came free, but Seoirse McBjarton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fiachra Grant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seoirse McBjarton having to interfere. Gordan Scully sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bil Hutton hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Whitebog Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Pat McFrank came free, but Seoirse McBjarton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Gordan Scully shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seoirse McBjarton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seoirse McBjarton came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Caherlevoy's Pat McFrank. But to his dismay, Pat McFrank quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Boethis Cooney took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Seoirse McBjarton. Whitebog Utd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gordan Scully was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Caherlevoy's Gordan Scully slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Seoirse McBjarton. That made the score 0-2 after 52 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pat McFrank got free with Seoirse McBjarton in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pat McFrank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seoirse McBjarton having to interfere. Seoirse McBjarton was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gordan Scully showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 68 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Caherlevoy's Fiachra Grant got a free kick in the 71st minute. Gordan Scully recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gordan Scully had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Gordan Scully had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Seoirse McBjarton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gordan Scully, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Whitebog Utd's goalkeeper Seoirse McBjarton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pat McFrank. 94 minutes into the match, Whitebog Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Gordan Scully came free, but Seoirse McBjarton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Whitebog Utd's Seoirse McBjarton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gordan Scully in the 96th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Whitebog Utd's Saoirse McDecland got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Whitebog Utd fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Caherlevoy were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
