Keelin McPaul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brann McPaul having to interfere. Boudibiua McJohnny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darren Bayes, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Ballyroan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lou Jameson came free, but Boudibiua McJohnny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Boyce Ferguson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brann McPaul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Clonona's Brann McPaul got control of the ball when Boyce Ferguson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boyce Ferguson scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brann McPaul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brann McPaul was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Boyce Ferguson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. After 33 played minutes Ballyroan FC got a freekick which was hit by Blavock Ferguson. After a rather tough play, Ballyroan FC's Blavock Ferguson got a free kick in the 40th minute. With 41 minutes on the clock, Glenn Barrett commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 41st minute, one of Ballyroan FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Ballyroan FC. Boudibiua McJohnny went to the wrong direction when Brannon Grant was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Keelin McPaul to make the kick off. Boudibiua McJohnny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lou Jameson in the 54th minute of the match. Boudibiua McJohnny took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lou Jameson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, Kevin McBjarton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boudibiua McJohnny. Ballyroan FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kevin McBjarton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Kevin McBjarton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Boudibiua McJohnny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boudibiua McJohnny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lou Jameson in the 69th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Clonona's Lou Jameson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Boudibiua McJohnny. That made the score 3-2 after 70 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Ballyroan FC's Braedon Barrett got a free kick in the 78th minute. Boudibiua McJohnny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lou Jameson, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Darren Bayes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Boudibiua McJohnny made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Clonona's zone, Keelin McPaul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brann McPaul came out of the goal and Keelin McPaul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Ballyroan FC's Austin McWill got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Lou Jameson made a precise shot to the right of Boudibiua McJohnny. Ballyroan FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Ballyroan FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
