Robert Rutherford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Oliver Palmer made a huge save. If Phelim McLaughlin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 18 played minutes Kindrohid got a freekick which was hit by Donegan Costello. Oliver Palmer was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bearnad Doyle. The supporters of LadysBridge F.C. booed when Kindrohid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cian Cronin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Randal Taylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliver Palmer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Kindrohid's goal looked a bit too open when Donavan McVictor came free, but Oliver Palmer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kindrohid's Oliver Palmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donavan McVictor in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phelim McLaughlin in the 26th minute of play forced LadysBridge F.C.'s goalkeeper Breas Robinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oliver Palmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donavan McVictor, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Oliver Palmer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Robert Rutherford in the 31st minute. A collision led to Kindrohid getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Cian Cronin hit a great ball. When Cian Cronin fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kindrohid's protests and gave Cian Cronin a yellow card for diving instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Donavan McVictor to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 75 minutes, Phelim McLaughlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kindrohid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phelim McLaughlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, LadysBridge F.C.'s Breas Robinson got control of the ball when Batt Rogers tried to sneak it across the goal line. Batt Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. During the 79th minute of the match Geary Benson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Geary Benson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 80 played minutes Kindrohid got a freekick which was hit by Geary Benson. In the 82nd minute of the match Bearnad Doyle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Oliver Palmer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oliver Palmer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donavan McVictor in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Pearson McFrancise was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kindrohid's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LadysBridge F.C. the free kick. Pearson McFrancise hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Phelim McLaughlin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kindrohid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Phelim McLaughlin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kindrohid's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because LadysBridge F.C. had won, even though Kindrohid had held more of the ball.
