But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ron Ferguson couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute Toren Perth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arthur Molloy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Toren Perth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Super Tata's Toren Perth got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abbot Grant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bray Perth having to interfere. Fc Super Tata's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
