Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eararna's Royan McPhilip started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eararna's Bearchan Martyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casey Hunt in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th minute Boylan McLiam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bearchan Martyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cassidy McGlynn fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eararna's protests and gave Cassidy McGlynn a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 played minutes Eararna got a freekick which was hit by Cassidy McGlynn. In the 13th minute Rowland Deans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bearchan Martyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Eararna getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Gilian McJames hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match Declan McBrand shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bearchan Martyn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Bearchan Martyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowland Deans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rathose's Blathmac Savic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Royan McPhilip in the 24th minute of play. Casey Hunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Bearchan Martyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rathose's Blathmac Savic proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Rathose from getting a goal against them. After 34 played minutes Rathose got a freekick which was hit by Reginald Lavine. In the 37th minute, Boylan McLiam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tipraite Tierney came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Eararna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tipraite Tierney couldn't finish the play. The long shot by Beara Hunt in the 40th minute really tested Blathmac Savic's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Casey Hunt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Bearchan Martyn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bearchan Martyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rowland Deans in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Bearchan Martyn was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Casey Hunt capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Casey Hunt really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After 54 played minutes Rathose got a freekick which was hit by Boylan McLiam. Rowland Deans could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Bearchan Martyn made a huge save. Bearchan Martyn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boylan McLiam in the 58th minute. With his leg Bearchan Martyn managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Rathose's Rowland Deans fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Beara Hunt hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Rathose's Rowland Deans got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Reginald Lavine kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bearchan Martyn. That made the score 1-3 in the 68 minute of play. Bearchan Martyn made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Rowland Deans sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Royan McPhilip put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Blathmac Savic. Rathose's Blathmac Savic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tipraite Tierney in the 78th minute of play. After 78 minutes of play, Eararna's Tipraite Tierney made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Blathmac Savic was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bearchan Martyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casey Hunt in the 83rd minute of the match. Gilian McJames's late challenge caught a Rathose's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilian McJames helped the player get up and apologised. Gilian McJames hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Declan McBrand took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bearchan Martyn. Eararna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Eararna's Beara Hunt got a free kick in the 85th minute. Casey Hunt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute Reginald Lavine shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bearchan Martyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd play minute Boylan McLiam came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bearchan Martyn. 3-4. When the match was over Rathose could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Eararna throughout the match.
