In the 5th minute Tiomoid McTommy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bercan Hamilton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Roy Hughes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CoralSnake's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roy Hughes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bercan McNamara during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Rio Marina F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bercan McNamara to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Heremon Morrison had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bercan Hamilton. Rio Marina F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Heremon Morrison was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Rio Marina F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Heremon Morrison came free, but Bercan Hamilton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Pearse Delaney got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rio Marina F.C's Bercan Hamilton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiomoid McTommy in the 28th minute of play. Tiomoid McTommy kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Bercan Hamilton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Hughes in the 35th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Pearse Delaney managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rio Marina F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Pearse Delaney was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Piers Harkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Rio Marina F.C booed when CoralSnake was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiomoid McTommy didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Hugh Morrison received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Piers Harkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ravan Deery scored 0-3 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bercan Hamilton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 56th minute, Heremon Morrison got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes Rio Marina F.C got a freekick which was hit by Pearse Delaney. Bercan Hamilton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heremon Morrison in the 59th minute of play. Rio Marina F.C's Bercan Hamilton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ravan Deery in the 66th minute of play. Pearse Delaney got his second yellow card in the match during the 67th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Pearse Delaney kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Rio Marina F.C's goalkeeper Bercan Hamilton had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiomoid McTommy. Rio Marina F.C's Bercan Hamilton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heremon Morrison in the 82nd minute of play. Rio Marina F.C's Bercan Hamilton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Rio Marina F.C from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heremon Morrison in the 96th minute of play forced Rio Marina F.C's goalkeeper Bercan Hamilton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The CoralSnake players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
