Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cherrywood Celtic FC's goalkeeper Barram McIan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barram McIan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Devlin MaCollin in the 9th minute of the match. Cherrywood Celtic FC's Giles Coyle got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 14 minutes of play, Cherrywood Celtic FC's Giles Coyle made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bradain McAlphie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bradain McAlphie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giles Coyle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giles Coyle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bradain McAlphie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cherrywood Celtic FC booed when Lackan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Briain McCollion didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 27 played minutes Lackan got a freekick which was hit by Briain McCollion. Donn Rutherford could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Bradain McAlphie made a huge save. Bradain McAlphie was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Giles Coyle showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 33 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Devlin MaCollin put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Barram McIan. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Devlin MaCollin made a kick off. After 56 played minutes Lackan got a freekick which was hit by Derry John. Bradain McAlphie came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Cherrywood Celtic FC's Giles Coyle. But to his dismay, Giles Coyle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Bradain McAlphie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giles Coyle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barram McIan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Devlin MaCollin in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Cherrywood Celtic FC's Donn Rutherford got a free kick in the 76th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Donn Rutherford had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bradain McAlphie. Lackan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Donn Rutherford was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Blavock McSteven hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Barram McIan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derry John in the 86th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Devlin MaCollin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 89th minute, Devlin MaCollin made a precise shot to the right of Barram McIan. Cherrywood Celtic FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Lackan's Bradain McAlphie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blavock McSteven in the 95th minute of play. Cherrywood Celtic FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
