Spectators: 7979 (Terracing: 5985, Seating: 1835, VIP seats: 159) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Declan McTommy made the kick off which started today's match. Blamhac McStephen kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Shea McAaron shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rowan Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blathma Dalton hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Dane Savic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blathma Dalton took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rowan Doyle. Ballygawley FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rowan Doyle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shea McAaron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ballygawley FC's Declan McTommy got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bel Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Bailey McPhilip tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Shea McAaron made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Philip Bayes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rowan Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Declan McTommy struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Bailey McPhilip didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballygawley FC. After having played for 61 minutes, Declan McTommy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballygawley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Declan McTommy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Declan McTommy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bailey McPhilip having to interfere. When Torrans McBjarton fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zamolxian Academy's protests and gave Torrans McBjarton a yellow card for diving instead. Torrans McBjarton hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Declan McTommy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rowan Doyle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Philip Bayes in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute Philip Bayes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rowan Doyle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Declan McTommy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bailey McPhilip read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After having played for 84 minutes, Bel Rogers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballygawley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bel Rogers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Zamolxian Academy's zone, Declan McTommy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bailey McPhilip came out of the goal and Declan McTommy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
